Intermino headquarters are moving to London.

International expansion

As the Intermino professional network expands and we open new offices worldwide, our brand requires centralized management. We also need a centralized way to manage governance, policies and quality.

To achieve these objectives, following legal, financial and fiscal analysis, we have decided to centralize our brand and intellectual property in London, UK.

This transition will be fully completed in 2022.

As a result of this change, our public-facing marketing materials including our website will transition into the ownership of Intermino Ltd.

We do not foresee any other public-facing impact, as outlined in the summarized impact assessment below.

Generally speaking, this transition will have little to no impact on ongoing business, which will carry on as usual.

  • Local Intermino companies will continue to operate without any changes or disruptions.

  • Existing employees, contractors and suppliers will not encounter any changes or disruptions. Existing contracts will not be modified.

  • Existing clients will not encounter any changes or disruptions. Neither our service delivery nor invoicing or payments will change. Existing contracts will not be modified.

In summary, whether you are a client, supplier, employee or contractor, there is no action you need to take in view of this change.
